Our Guys

Our guys have the freedom and know-how to do the job right and to make sure that your hardwood and stairs will last the test of time. Every year, they have the opportunity to attend hands-on courses through the National Wood Flooring Association that focus on different aspects of their craft- jobsite prep, installation, sand and finish, types of finishes, characteristics of wood, etc.- all with the goal of creating high quality floors that look beautiful.

Meet the Team


  • Co-Owner - Management & Sales

    I’ve been in the flooring industry for 14 years, managing our company and working closely with customers to find the right solutions for their projects, alongside our skilled flooring techs. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature, traveling, spending time with my family, and woodworking.

  • Co-Owner - Project Manager

    I have been in the industry for 13 years. My day to day at the company involves directing our crews to ensure your project runs smoothly and on schedule to the best of our abilities. I could be in the office coordinating projects, in the shop preparing materials, or on-site working alongside our teams. I enjoy the outdoors with my wife and two kids (4) & (2). Camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, and trail riding.

  • Project Manager

    I start my mornings ensuring all jobs are on track and running smoothly before heading out to work alongside the crews on site. Some days I move between multiple projects to provide support where it’s needed most. At the end of each day, crews check in with me so I can review progress and plan adjustments for the following days. I also coordinate material deliveries and communicate with upcoming clients to keep schedules on track. With eight years of experience in the flooring industry, I bring a strong understanding of both planning and hands-on work. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife to experience new cultures and coaching high school boys’ lacrosse in the spring.

  • Sales & Color Coordinator

    I have been working with Sandberg's for 6 years. Day to day, I measure projects and write estimates, design and create color samples for homeowners and prepare material for upcoming projects. I am a huge nerd who runs a Dungeons and Dragons game for my friend group. I design and 3d print monsters and enemies for said game, along with writing stories and epics for them to encounter.
